ASUS recently unveiled its latest desktop model called Eee Top ET1603 that features 15.6-inch touch-sensitive widescreen for more interactive and easier applications.
The main highlight of this slim desktop is the touchscreen panel which can serve multiple tasks including digital memo (use this just like a post-it), input text messages, web browsing, and multiple office applications.
The LCD screen has pre-installed applications such as SoftStylus which allows people to use this computer without keyboard and mouse. This technology can also recognize unique handwriting and convert this into a Word Document.
Considering the needs of hard-core gamers, ASUS has integrated this desktop with ATI Mobility Radeon HD3450 to support 3D applications and graphically-defined video games. With this technology, images will come in vivid and well-detailed colors.
Another impressive feature of the screen is the Eee Memo which allows people to write messages using their fingers. And because this application is the most user-friendly, children and elders can greatly benefit from this.
The desktop system has been designed with highly-effective heat dissipation, quiet cooling fans, and quiet operation. With all these integrated features, people can use this computer from a long period of time.
To provide users interactive communication tools, this compact desktop features built-in 1.3 webcam, SRS Premium Sound System, and built-in microphone and stereo speakers for a more convenient web and chat conferencing.
The ET1603 provides two Internet connectivity including 1 Mbps LAN and Wi-Fi Technology which comes in 802.11n speed, six times faster than most conventional computers in the market today.
