YelloMosquito, the world’s leading manufacturer of 2/D and 3/D video glasses and accessories, has impressed the crowd during the annual Consumer Electronics Show (CES) with its newest video goggle that is compatible with any device that supports TV/AV composite output.
This latest innovation can be used with PlayStation, Wii, Xbox, iPod Classic, iPod Nano 3rd Gen, the iPod 5th Gen, iPod touch, iPhone, digital still and video cameras, DVD players, VCR’s, satellite and set top boxes, 3G mobile cell phones with TV-output, intraoral and spy cameras.
Featuring Argo Cinema 2 and Argo 3D, users can connect this video glasses to a laptop or desktop by means of D-Sub VGA connection.
Here’s how it works: the full-screen images are tightly compressed into tiny microdisplays. These images are then enlarged with the use of optical elements which enables the eyes to perceive it in a much larger size comparable to a 35-inch TV screen. The company is now developing a goggle which can perceive an image equivalent to a 48-inch TV screen display.
The video goggle features a durable rubber frame which can fit snugly to the eyes, preventing outside light to enter. This design will maximize the gaming or movie experience of users as this will let them be transported to another visual realm.
