Sony Ericsson recently unveiled its latest product called XPERIA X1 which is a mobile communication and multi-media device that features multiple technologies to allow people to stay connected to their loved ones and be productive even on travel.
This device features a wide screen to allow people to perform various applications. Slide the screen to reveal the optical joystick and the QWERTY keyboard that will make typing faster and easier for users. The reason for this impressive design is for the convenience of people who need a portable “computer” that will allow them to stay connected to their work while even on vacation.
Designed to allow people to stay connected to their loved ones, the device can support video phone call that will make communication as intimate as possible despite long distance between two people.
This 3G phone is also ideal for travellers. Designed to support “Wayfinder Navigator” which is a technology that provides accurate mapping details (this can be downloaded), travelling will be much easier and convenient for people.
The good thing about this mobile device is its multi-media solutions. One of the most impressive among these is the built-in camera that will allow users to take beautiful pictures. With dedicated menus and viewfinder, capturing memorable scenes that come in high quality images has been made possible.
The XPERIA X1 has also been designed for business travellers who can instantly receive email messages. And for those web-centric consumers, they can enjoy multiple Internet services which include multi-media messaging, Net surfing, video, streaming, etc. With an interface designed to provide Web services, people can increase their work productivity.
To make Internet connection as convenience as possible, the mobile phone has been designed to support Wi-Fi connectivity that will provide users with a fast, wireless, and reliable Web service.
Meanwhile, for those news savvy, they can enjoy the RSS Feeds which can provide them the latest and most relevant news. People can simply subscribe to the feed which will then relay news and important information to the users.
The XPERIA X1 comes at a starting price of $899.
