Jada Toy Company, in cooperation with the makers of Guitar Hero video game, has introduced its latest toy gadget called Guitar Hero Air Guitar Rocker. The guitar video game features a belt buckle and mini amplifier which have clips that can be attached to the players’ trousers or belt and a magnetic guitar pick for easy strumming.
The device contains various music tracks ranging from classical rock music such as “Iron Man” by Black Sabbath, Van Halen, Motorhead band, and “Smoke on the Water” by Deep Purple, to contemporary pop rock songs heard today. The Air Guitar Rocker produces its sound when gamers strum the magnetic guitar pick against the belt buckle, the users would then have to follow the playing music track with the same rhythm and chords.
Unlike other conventional types of video games which imitate musical instruments, the Air Guitar has no buttons or knob since it only relies on magnetic waves. The guitar video game also has a wider music tracks compared to others, offering various songs that will definitely suit anyone’s musical taste. It only features guitar track, with no associated sounds such as bass, vocals, or drums.
Using exchangeable cartridges that can store huge files of music tracks, players can also avail additional tracks once they have mastered the 10 free songs provided by the guitar video game. The amp of the guitar features a slot wherein cartridges can be securely placed. And with add-on packs, users can maximize their guitar playing experience since it includes customized belt to match the style of music genre.
The Air Guitar Rocker uses exchangeable cartridges to store the music allowing for additional tracks to be purchased once you have mastered the ten original ones which are included when purchased. The Jada Toy Company has announced that it will be releasing two new packs called Heavy Metal and 80’s Rock which will be made available in the market for a couple of weeks from now.
The guitar video game consul comes at a retail price of $ 59.95 which is sold at the leading electronic shops and online stores.
