Cowon Q5W is a multimedia device which allows users to listen to music, maximize work productivity, and stay connected online.
This device features 5-inch LCD display which has been designed to provide images with 16 million colors and 800 x 480 pixel resolutions. With this technology, users can enjoy vivid images and convenient viewing.
The LCD screen also boasts Touch Sensitive Technology which can be utilized with a simple finger movement or pen.
The multimedia device provides a wide array of navigational tools including Virtual Motion UI which allows users to easily scroll and turn over the view pages and Wing Click GUI which allows people to manage files.
Boasting a built-in music player which have multiple technologies such as 5 Band EQ which allows people to adjust the frequency; BBE for sharper and higher quality sounds; MP Enhance which repair distorted music files; 3D Sound which provides music that comes in 3D quality; and Mach3Bass which can improve the bass sounds, the multimedia gadget is ideal for music lovers.
To allow people to maximize their work productivity, this “intelligent” device can support Windows CE Office Viewfinder which allows users to manage office documents including MS Word, Power Point Presentation, and Excel Sheet.
Another impressive entertainment feature is the built-in Adobe Embedded Flash Player which can support flash games.
With this device, users can also stay connected online and do Internet-based activities including web browsing and online games.

This compact media device is designed to support multiple video, image, and audio Codec (video: MPEG, MP4, ASF, WMV, AV, and OGM / audio: MP3, WMA, WAV, ASF, FLAC, OGG, and APE / image: RAW, JPEG, BMP, and PNG). With the ability to support various media formats, there will be no need to do complex transcoding process just to make the codec compatible with the Cowon Q5W.
The Cowon Q5W comes in two model versions: 40GB ($549) and 60GB ($599).
