Fujitsu LifeBook A1120 is a portable computer that features advanced technologies and multiple entertainment media while providing fast Internet connectivity to meet the needs of web-centric users.
This 15.6-inch notebook, which is the A1110 successor, features a powerful Intel Core2 Duo processor T6400 integrated with Mobile Intel GM45 Express Chipset for a fast and reliable performance. This combined technology is also partnered with 250GB storage capacity and 5400rpm SATA hard disk.
To provide users with high quality graphics, the portable computer has been designed with SuperFine 16:9 high definition screen display which can also support 1366 x 768 resolutions, 220 nits brightness, 60 percent color gamut, and high color contrast of 350:1 that will make colors deeper and more vivid. The widescreen display also uses Mobile Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X4500MHD that makes the cinematography appear vivid and realistic. With all this graphic technologies, this notebook is ideal for hard-core gamers and movie-lovers.
Another impressive feature of this laptop is the wide-spaced keyboard that features spill-resistant design (with this special design, users should no longer worry about spilling water or coffee on their notebook).
To provide interactive communication tools for mobile users, the computer has a built-in 1.3 pixel web camera and internal microphone for video conferencing and chatting.
Other features are Dual Layer DVD Super Multi Writer drive which supports DL DVD±R and DVD-RAM which allows users to watch movies; Bluetooth v2.1 Technology for wireless connection to other electronic devices; and Wi-Fi Connectivity for wireless Internet connection
Meanwhile, the LifeBook A1120 has a unique frame which allows users to change the color of their notebook. People can choose three colors including royal art patterns, green with labyrinth shapes, and pink with butterfly silhouettes.
According to Fujitsu, the portable computer will come at a starting price of $799 which is relatively cheaper than most laptops available in the market today (since most notebook models are priced at $1000+). Meanwhile, it did not provide the exact launching of this device to the US market.
