Oregon Scientific Has Launched Its Latest Products in CES

Oregon Scientific, the world’s leading designer of consumer electronics, has announced its latest products which ranged from weather forecasting devices to electronic gadgets during the annual Consumer Electronic Show (CES).

The InstaForecast I300 and I600 both feature the most cutting-edge design which provides users reliable weather forecast for up to five different locations around the globe. These two models also feature automatic updates throughout the day such as temperature and humidity, plus, 5-day weather forecast data.

The I300 and I600 feature a special software (PC and MAC compatible) for weather forecasting which can be installed in personal computers. The National Weather Service and other meteorological institutions around the world will then provide users weather forecast data.

Other features are multi-language support; measurement display in English units and metric units; data report to Excel spreadsheet; customized screen layout and display; and printable weather reports.

The I600 can monitor “backyard” weather conditions since it features temperature sensor and humidity sensor. Another latest product of the company, the Professional Weather Center, provides 10 weather measurements which include indoor and outdoor temperature, humidity, wind speed, rainfall data, and dew point.

The device features a touch-panel interface which allows easy access. It also provides weather measurement for up to 300 feet away, plus a rain gauge and wind sensor tower which can be mounted easily.

This device has been awarded with CES Innovations Design and Engineering Awards since this is considered to be the best innovation among all consumer products presented during the annual event.

AnyWear 3D Pedometer, another innovative product of the company, is a device which measures the time, calories, and distance covered by a person. This is highly-recommended for both amateurs and pro-athletes.
