iRiver, a Japanese manufacturer of digital audio players and portable consumer electronic devices, has introduced the newest version of its widely-accepted Mplayer Camouflage which is an MP3 player which is shaped like Disney’s most famous character, Mickey Mouse.
This MP3 player has undergone many versions, from its simple silver color to its newest whimsical and sophisticated designs that now comes in seven models. This device has been made available with three camouflage designs greatly resembling those found in the usual military uniform and four Swarovski-studded models which have been designed by the world’s renowned jewelry-maker.
The camouflage models have been made available in three colors: pink, blue, and black. Meanwhile, the Swarovski models come in four colors, namely, black, white, silver, and rose pink.
The MP3 player features 1 GB storage capacity which can accommodate over 240 songs. It also has a power capacity of nine hours of continuous play time. To complement this device, the company also released a mini speaker (1.1 W) which also resembles Mickey Mouse. This MP3 accessory provides a sound solution which comes in clear and crisp feedback, so for those people who prefer to listen their favorite songs with speakers instead of headphones, the Mickey Mouse mini speaker provides the best quality sound system.
The iRiver Mplayer Camouflage models is priced at $140 while the Swarovski-studded models come in a higher price of $150.
Besides this product, the company has other notable digital devices which feature the latest technology and innovation while providing high-quality entertainment solution for their consumers.
Most of the company’s products feature USB mass storage (also known as Media Transfer Protocol), FM tuners, recording capabilities, upgradeable firmware, and multiple codecs. iRiver also manufactures consumers products which have WMA audio files, some of which allow text viewing and can support BMP files, Macromedia Flash, Ogg Vorbis audio files, and Microsoft PlaysForSure which is a technology that supports Napster, Yahoo! Music Unlimited, URGE, and Rhapsody.
