LG Electronics recently introduced its second handset inspired and designed by world-renowned Italian fashion company Prada.
The LG Prada II features almost the same specs as its predecessor and the same minimalist exterior design, but with added sliding interface which can be easily glided to reveal the QWERTY keyboard which has been designed to allow users with fast and convenient typing application.
Meanwhile, some critiques were seem unimpressed with the first LG Prada phone with its meager 2-megapixel camera and low connectivity which comes in 2.5G, adding that signature phones like this is nothing but pure aesthetic features and lacks tech specs. To allay some concerns, the company has adopted newer and high performing capability for its second version of Prada-inspired handset.
To provide users with full-view, the phone has 3-inch widescreen display which boasts Touch Sensitive Technology and supports images up to 400 x 240 pixel resolutions. Meanwhile, the phone also has 3G capability allowing people to maximize their viewing experience.
Another impressive media tool is the 5-megapixel camera with Schneider-Kreuznach lens which can be found in most advanced digital cameras today. The camera also boasts multiple picture editing tools and programs and can support video phone call, DivX playback, and slow-motion video recording.
In terms of connectivity features, the LG Prada II has Wi-Fi Technology and BlueTooth Technology that will allow people to enjoy data and file sharing. Another impressive capability is its support for full HTML browser which allows people to view web pages even without the need of laptops and computers.
In terms of memory capacity, the smartphone features microSDHC memory card slot which can support up to 8 GB, allowing people a bigger room to store their data and files.
Compared to its predecessor, the LG Prada II is 5mm thicker and almost twice as heavy, weighing approximately 130 g.
Other capabilities are: music support in standard format, multiple messaging features (much like conventional phones), and support for HSDPA network with a performance speed of 7.2MB per second.
Meanwhile, this handset does not feature SIM-slot.
