Shanghai Baolong Automotive Corporation, the leading manufacturer of tire related products and car accessories, has introduced its latest tire pressure monitoring system called TPMS-201-HUD which is a device that will help people to easily examine the air pressure and other important condition details of their tires.
This device features specially-made ID module technology which removes the necessity of reprogramming or calibration. This patented technology would also provide easy examination of air pressure since there would be no complementary tools needed.
Another impressive feature is the leakage warning system which automatically monitors if there is a leakage while providing other important details such as temperature and pressure conditions. To complement this feature, there is also a failure warning system which informs the driver if there is system failure/malfunction and unusual tire condition.
Designed to provide power saving system, this device features a specially-made battery which can last for seven years while serving as a reliable source of energy. This device has also been designed to provide electromagnetic compatibility.
The device provides a real-time monitoring system which will automatically monitors and examine the tire’s conditions even if the vehicle is running or inactive. The TPMS-201-HUD also features sensors which are designed to become flexible and detachable to match various sizes and models of rim. The sensor system of this device weighs 35 g (1 1/4 oz.) and has a total dimension of 1.5 X 2.8 X 6.4 cm. Other features are pressure accuracy of +/- 0.05 bar (0.73 PSI); maximum measure pressure: 7bar/100Psi; standard cold inflation pressure of 1.8~5.0bar; 26~73Psi; 180~500Kpa; temperature accuracy of +/-2 (3.6); frequency of 433.92MHz; and operating temperature range of -40to 125(-40 to 257).
Other features are invisible mode switch which can provide accurate temperature measurement and pressure levels just by simply touching the screen display; two user-friendly warning limit setting such as fixed warning and customized warning limit; and HUD display which features the best ergonomic design to provide easy installation.
