Super easy to use, very intuitive layout. The x/y mics do a good job of picking up everything (unfortunately including background conversations) with very acceptable fidelity. Having difficulties using the 3.5mm input direct from the mixer as the unit seems to be peaking at -12Db… the output after recording is constant at -12Db and completely distorted and unusable, though the unit didn’t show the peaking during the recording. Don’t know if that’s a hardware or software issue. Straightforward interface with PC using media player and Audacity both. If they’d fix the line-in problem it’d be stellar.

I too am getting distortion when I do line-in recording from a mixer. I was expecting from the description that it could handle mic and line-in inputs… I’m not quite sure it does both. Disappointed…
